Once a purchase order has been made it is assumed that these terms and conditions have been accepted and you are happy to proceed. 

Production Timeframe 

Latex Capital items are hand made; this is the case for custom, made to measure and standard sizes garments. Production times vary between 2 - 7 weeks. Please keep in mind during busy periods this may be longer. Garments may also be delayed due to circumstances out of Latex Capital control such as material stock, sickness etc. We endeavour to keep you informed as to progress for your order if it is taking longer than expected.

Delivery 

We currently use Royal Mail for our delivery provider, however when Royal Mail are unable to provide this service we may look at an alternative delivery provider. 

Once production is completed delivery times are as follows.

UK orders aim to take 3 - 5 working days from production

International orders aim take 6-7 working days from production

Packaging

When you receive your order from us, be careful how you open the parcel to avoid damaging your new latex goodies! Our outer packaging is discrete and won't draw any unwanted attention. 

Fast Track Service

We offer a Fast Track service, depending on what is purchased we can provide a 'rush fee' quote in addition to your order. Subject to availability, please get in contact for more details.

Customs & Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Latex Capital is not responsible for delays due to customs. Please be aware you may need to pay import/custom fees.

Made to Measure

We will use the sizes you provide to create custom sizing, so please check this information is correct before submitting.

If you have not selected 'made to measure' under sizing option and write measurements in check box you will receive the standard size selected.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns & exchanges are not accepted as most of our items are hand made. However returns can only be accepted if an item is faulty we will need proof before proceeding. Please contact Latex Capital if you have problems with your order.

Cancellations

Latex Capital doesn’t accept order cancellations.

Latex Allergies

Please be aware that Latex Capital garments are not suitable for people with latex allergies and Latex Capital takes no responsibility for this. If you find you have a reaction to latex please remove it immediately and seek medical advice.
