Production Time Frame 

Most of Latex Capital items are hand made; this is the case for custom, made to measure and standard sizes garments. Production times vary between 2 - 7 weeks. Please keep in mind during busy periods this may be longer. Garments may also be delayed due to circumstances out of Latex Capital control such as material stock, sickness etc. We endeavour to keep you informed as to progress for your order if it is taking longer than expected.

Delivery 

We currently use Royal Mail for our delivery provider, however when Royal Mail are unable to provide this service we may look at an alternative delivery provider. 

Once production is completed delivery times are as follows.

UK orders aim to take 3 - 5 working days from production.

International orders aim take 6-7 working days from production.

We offer a Fast Track service, depending on what is purchased we can provide a 'rush fee' quote in addition to your order. Subject to availability, please get in contact for more details.

When you receive your order from us, be careful how you open the parcel to avoid damaging your new latex goodies! Our outer packaging is discrete and won't draw any unwanted attention.
